PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training can be so many different things depending on the client - that's what makes it personal! You can choose to workout with your trainer as often as five times per week but most clients opt for one to three training sessions per week for maximum effectiveness. You can also choose to train for 30 minute or 60 minute sessions depending on your time. We make every attempt possible to customize a plan that is going to work within your schedule and budget and that will ensure success.

PARTNER TRAINING
With partner training you share a personal trainer with a friend or spouse. Partner training adds an extra degree of motivation, accountability, and fun, as well as reduces the per person cost.Partner sessions with your personal trainer are a great way to get fit with a partner or friend!  Fitness should be fun and working out with a mate can make your sessions a lot more social and motivating. It helps if you can bring your own partner, but contact us to see if we have someone of similar abilities and aims we can match you up with.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
We offer a small group training guaranteed to raise your level of training through an excitingly new approach to working out. This type of fitness, which focuses on functional, or as we call it “lifestyle enhancement” training, gets you up and moving in small groups working on exercises that will help you while adding group camaraderie to your workouts and providing a savings to your pocket book.

WEIGHT LOSS AND WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS
Everyday Fitness has created one of the most flexible Weight Management Programs available with programs and features that can be tailored to help anyone reach their health goals. Our program combines some of today’s most advanced online Weight Management tools such as the Bodybugg (As seen on NBC's The Biggest Loser) and proven Personal Training Programs that can actually make weight loss fun. With Everyday Fitness the focus is on learning what foods work for you and what exercises you can do to change your body. SENIOR FITNESS
Everyday Fitness has designed special programs with our senior members in mind; exercise programs at a reasonable pace with minimal impact and special attention to concerns like balance, strength and flexibility, exercises to help prevent osteoporosis and maintain posture.  These programs are taught in a comfortable, non-intimidating atmosphere in small groups or on personal bases.  Everyday Fitness Senior Programs are ideal for those new to exercise and or the health club experience.

YOUTH FITNESS
Designed especially for youth, this class focuses on games, exercise, activities as well as fun filled learning about healthy lifestyles  Our programs provide social interaction in a safe and caring, noncompetitive enviorment.  Your child well be mentally and physically active in our youth fitness programs.

PERSONAL ONLINE COACHING
Personal Online Coaching is an economical way to reap the benefits of having a personal trainer.  We have created one of the most exciting personal online coaching programs available on the internet. Our personal online fitness Coaching program brings the latest in interactive technology to deliver the most advanced website with programs that are customized to your individual goals, current fitness and training level, lifestyle, equipment preferences, and time constraints. Personal online coaching clients may train at other gyms, in home gyms, or may purchase an Independent Training Membership at Everyday FitnessTraining Center.
